Denice Ramirez has a diverse background in recruitment and talent acquisition, with experience across several companies in the IT and healthcare sectors. Beginning as a Health Educator at Will County Health Department in 2011, Denice transitioned to recruitment roles at Aerotek as a Senior Recruiter and later at KellyMitchell Group, Inc. as a Technical Recruiter. Denice further developed expertise in recruiting at Accenture, serving as a Recruiting Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Salesforce and data-related positions in the Midwest. As a Resource Manager for Solving IT, Denice concentrated on the Salesforce practice, ensuring the alignment of talent with client needs. Currently, Denice serves as a Recruiting Sourcer for Meta, continuing to leverage extensive recruitment skills and industry knowledge. Denice holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Northern Illinois University.
