Devika Thampi has a solid background in law enforcement analytics, program management, and international relations. Devika served as a Trinity College Intern and Training Programme Assistant with Front Line Defenders from September 2018 to January 2019. At Meta, from February 2025 to May 2022, Devika held several positions, advancing to Program Manager in Risk and Assurance within the Meta Legal department, and previously working as a Law Enforcement Response Analyst and Team Lead for EMEA. Devika's early experience includes an internship with Deloitte's Institutional Reform and Development Team in May 2016. Devika holds an M.Phil. in International Peace Studies from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor of Arts with a triple major in Economics, Sociology, and Political Science, achieving Distinction from Mount Carmel College.
