Devra Moehler

Devra Moehler, Ph.D., has extensive experience in academia and research, primarily focusing on political science and governance. At Cornell University, Devra served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Government from September 2003 to May 2008 and held a similar position at the University of Pennsylvania's Annenberg School for Communication from September 2009 to July 2015. Prior to these roles, Devra was a Fellow for Evaluation at USAID, where contributions included implementing evaluation strategies for democracy and governance programs. More recently, Devra worked at Meta from January 2021 to December 2023, holding multiple UX Researcher positions within various initiatives, including Central Social Impact and Civic Engagement. Devra's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Development Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, followed by two Ph.D. degrees in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan.
