Dharsh Kar

Dharsh Kar is an experienced technology professional specializing in technical program management across prominent companies in the tech industry. Currently serving as the Head of TPM for Reality Labs Developer Infrastructure at Meta since 2022, Dharsh leads teams focused on release automation, development tooling, and quality assurance, significantly improving developer sentiment through a major efficiency initiative. Prior experience includes a role as TPM Manager at Amazon, overseeing a team responsible for FireOS and FireTV products, and as TPM Lead at Google, where Dharsh was instrumental in launching first-generation products in wearables and machine learning. Additionally, Dharsh held the position of Senior Manager at Qualcomm, managing software validation and multi-site programs for various engineering teams. Dharsh holds an MSc. in Engineering and a BSc. in Electrical/Computer Engineering, both from the University of Calgary.
