Diego Munoz

Diego Munoz is a seasoned Data Scientist with extensive experience in the fields of biomedical informatics, data science, and software development. From August 2011 to December 2015, Diego worked as a Graduate Student at Stanford University School of Medicine-Plevritis Lab, focusing on natural history models for cancer and integrating various data types to predict cancer outcomes. Post-academic experience includes roles at Catenus Science as a Data Science Intern and at Radius Intelligence as a Data Scientist and later Senior Data Scientist. Diego has also contributed to Twitter as a Data Scientist and is currently employed at Meta since May 2020. The educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, a Master's Degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Informatics from Stanford University School of Medicine.
