Dillon Grove is a highly experienced design engineering manager specializing in AI infrastructure and user experience (UX) research tooling. Currently serving as Manager of Design Engineering at Meta since July 2024 and as an Advisor at Dovetail, Dillon previously held the role of Senior Staff UX Engineering Manager at Google for a decade, leading a 35-person team focused on internal UX research tools. Dillon's earlier positions at Google included Staff UX Engineering Manager and UX Engineer, contributing to significant UX changes and prototyping features for Google Search.
