Dmitri Model

Dmitri Model is an accomplished engineering manager at Meta, where since July 2017, the focus has been on developing advanced eye-tracking solutions for augmented reality and virtual reality products, including contributions to the Meta Quest Pro. Prior experience includes a role as a research assistant at the University of Toronto, where Dmitri developed remote eye-gaze tracking technology, and served as a manager at EY, assisting clients in financial risk management model development. Additionally, Dmitri founded and led Eyediya Technologies Inc., creating innovative eye-tracking solutions for mobile devices. Earlier positions include serving as an R&D engineer at Biosense Webster, where projects involved medical device prototyping, and a design validation role at Mobilian Inc., focusing on pre-silicon validation tests for Bluetooth-WiFi technology. Dmitri holds a degree from the University of Toronto, completed in 2011.
