Drew Plack is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management across renowned organizations. At Meta, Drew developed innovative recruiting strategies and maintained a high acceptance rate while leading teams focused on software engineering recruitment. Previously, Drew served as Practice Manager at Robert Half, driving significant growth and managing a $3 million book of business. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Lantern Talent Partners, Drew provides comprehensive talent advisory services, emphasizing empathy and candidate experience. Additionally, Drew co-founded the Technology for Impact Fellowship and held the role of Head of Talent Acquisition at Higher Ground Education, a startup focused on expanding Montessori education. Drew holds a Bachelor of Science from San Diego State University and completed continuing studies in Business Leadership at Stanford University.
