Eberhard Hsiao

Eberhard Hsiao is a skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles across multiple companies. Eberhard began as a Research Assistant at National Cheng Kung University, focusing on the design and analysis of acoustic hyperlens and waveguides. Eberhard further developed expertise at Dynacolor, Inc. as a Mechanical R&D Engineer and later as a Project Leader, gaining experience in diecasting and plastic injection. At Polaroid, Eberhard contributed to notable projects such as the Polaroid I-2 and Polaroid NOW cameras while working on mechanical design aspects of analog cameras. Eberhard then served as Mechanical Technical Manager at Logitech, overseeing product development for computer peripherals before transitioning to the role of Opto Mechanical Engineer at Meta, focusing on high-resolution camera modules for XR technologies. Eberhard holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, where a commendable academic performance was achieved.
