Ej Q. has extensive experience in UX research and clinical psychology, with a strong focus on studying user interactions and cognitive processes. Notable positions include serving as a Registered Behavioral Health Technician at Pathfinder Progress, where ethnographic research informed treatment plans for children with autism, and holding various roles as a Clinical Psychology Research Assistant at Denison University, where data analysis supported significant hypotheses in memory processing and postpartum healthcare. At Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, Ej Q. coordinated a bicontinental study on executive functions in children, influencing program enhancements.
