Elijah Marquez

Elijah Marquez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and HR initiatives at Meta since February 2021. Notable roles include leading enterprise-wide workforce planning, optimizing HR planning processes, and launching tailored change management methodologies. Prior experience at Freddie Mac involved managing career and talent programs during a multi-year Agile transformation and overseeing risk and controls programs.
