Elisa Ou

Elisa Ou is a data science professional with experience in analyzing player behaviors at Riot Games as a Data Science Intern and currently serves as a Research Scientist at Meta since August 2024. Prior to these roles, Elisa completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where involvement included Graduate Student, Research Assistant, and Teaching Assistant positions from September 2017 to August 2024. During a Machine Learning Internship at Text IQ, Elisa utilized NLP techniques to identify unconscious bias in workplaces. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from Fudan University and advanced studies in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
