Elisha Tan is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology professional with extensive experience in community building and developer relations. Currently serving as the Founder of Average Foundation since January 2021, Elisha focuses on promoting small acts of kindness through funded community projects. Concurrently, Elisha holds the position of Senior Developer Programs Manager at Meta, specializing in AR/VR partnerships and global developer product adoption. Previous roles at Meta included Managing Developer Programs in APAC and Product Manager, where Elisha played a pivotal role in launching the Developer Circles program and managing product strategy. As the Founder of TechLadies, a community initiative for women in tech, and Learnemy, an online marketplace for recreational classes, Elisha has demonstrated a commitment to accessibility in technology.
