Ellen Luther has a diverse background in customer service, workforce planning, and HR support. Notable experience includes a role as a Specialist at Apple, where Ellen provided customer service and light technical support for Apple devices. As a Scheduling Administrator and Mentor, Ellen developed strategic scheduling to align with customer demand and trained other administrators.
