Elyse (Hornbacher) Eshel has extensive experience in design operations, fundraising, and event coordination within the media and technology sectors. Beginning as the Director of Fundraising and Events and a radio show host at KCSCRadio.com from 2007 to 2010, Elyse transitioned to various strategic roles at notable companies such as Pandora, SoundCloud, and Spotify, ultimately serving as Head of Design Operations at Spotify until 2018. Since then, Elyse has held leadership positions at Meta, including Strategic Programs and Operations Lead for Meta Design and currently serves as Director of WhatsApp Design Operations.
