Emma Collins possesses extensive experience in public policy management and regulatory risk across various sectors. Previously, Emma served as a Project Assistant at the Department for Work and Pensions from October 2009 to March 2011, followed by a role as Business Development, Public Sector Contracts at Badenoch & Clark. Emma's tenure at Facebook and Instagram included positions as Public Policy Manager for the UK and EMEA, respectively, where oversight of key relationships and management of regulatory challenges were primary responsibilities. Current roles at Meta include Head of Regulatory Risk Management & Insights, Europe Middle East & Africa, and Head of Global Response for Europe, Latin America, and Canada, demonstrating expertise in strategic response and cross-regional collaboration. Emma holds a Master of Science in Government, Policy & Politics from Birkbeck, University of London, and a law degree from Durham University.
