Emma O'Toole

Emma O'Toole has extensive experience in reward management and human resources, having worked in various roles across multiple companies. Beginning a career at BT in 2002, Emma advanced from Reward Partner to Senior Reward Manager, eventually leading company-wide reward programs, including equal pay initiatives. Following a break for family, Emma continued to develop skills in HR and reward, moving to roles such as Head of Reward for BT Business and BT Consumer. Emma expanded responsibilities as Reward Director for BT Consumer at EE and later served as EMEA Tech Compensation Manager at Meta. Currently, Emma holds the position of Compensation Director for EMEA Technology at Meta. Emma received a BSc in Psychology from the University of Wales.
