Emrah Seker is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in renowned technology companies. Beginning a career at Siemens from 2005 to 2008, Emrah was instrumental in designing Java-based software for Turk Telekom’s Customer Care and Billing System and developing UI test automation for WAF projects. At Microsoft, from March 2008 to April 2014, Emrah worked on Windows Core, contributing to Hyper-V and developing a MapReduce-like system for Bing Ads. Following Microsoft, Emrah held various positions, including Senior Staff Software Engineer at Uber, leading the Cadence project, and then at Meta starting in April 2023. For a period, Emrah was also a Senior Software Engineer at Box, focusing on enterprise-level cloud solutions and leading architectural redesigns. Emrah holds a Bachelor of Science from Bilkent University and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Washington.
