Eric Beu

Eric Beu is a seasoned freelance screenwriter with notable achievements, including co-authoring the feature screenplay "KILL SHELTER," which was selected for the 2017 Black List and optioned by an independent producer, as well as the TV pilot "SALLY," purchased by the SyFy network in 2016. With experience as a voice writer at the National Captioning Institute, Eric delivered live broadcast captions while supervising and training staff. Additional technical writing roles at Meta included work on AI safety and improvements for large language models. Eric's editorial expertise was demonstrated at ZOO Digital Group plc, where responsibilities included managing subtitle and closed caption file creation, and as a Senior Linguistic Quality Specialist at Deluxe, supporting localization operations for major clients. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature and Creative Writing from the University of Washington.
