Eric Duer

Eric Duer, LSSYB, PMP Candidate, has extensive experience in the U.S. Navy and currently serves as a Critical Facilities Engineer at Meta. Eric's naval career includes roles such as Operation and Maintenance Supervisor aboard the USS SEAWOLF and USS COLUMBIA, where responsibilities encompassed reactor and steam plant operations, training, and maintenance management. Eric also held multiple leadership positions including Assistant Project Manager, Reliability Engineer and Data Analyst, and Quality Assurance Manager, where impactful training programs and performance improvements were implemented. Eric's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston and an Associate of Arts in Operations Management and Supervision from Coastline Community College, supplemented by rigorous training at naval nuclear programs.
