Eric Menumerov

Eric Menumerov is a highly experienced opto-mechanical engineer with a robust career spanning multiple prominent technology firms. At Meta, Eric progressed from Senior Opto-Mechanical Engineer to Staff Opto-Mechanical Engineer, focusing on advancements in VR technologies, including on-device tracking, eye tracking, and face tracking systems. Prior to Meta, Eric gained expertise at Intel Corporation, working on optical components for LiDAR and silicon photonics packaging, and held a position at NeoPhotonics involving the packaging of semiconductor lasers and conducting thermal and structural simulations. Eric holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, earned in 2018.
