Eric W. has a diverse background in IT support and system administration, beginning with a tenure at Lincoln University in Oakland, CA from June 2014 to April 2019, where Eric held the positions of System and Database Administrator as well as Help Desk Technician. Following that, Eric worked at TikTok from November 2019 to August 2021, serving as an IT Support Engineer and later as Service Desk Site Lead. Currently, Eric is employed at Meta as an Executive Support Engineer since May 2022.
