Erich Sterzing

Erich Sterzing is a seasoned IT and cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various roles. Erich began as an IT Technician at Forsythe in 2007, providing front-line support and applying root-cause analysis. A significant tenure at the American Heart Association from 2013 to February 2021 showcased skills as a Cybersecurity Project Manager, where Erich implemented solutions for data centers and cloud environments, managed risks and service level agreements, and led compliance initiatives, including PCI infrastructure changes. Currently serving as a Security Program Manager at Meta since February 2023, Erich continues to enhance security measures and manage compliance with various regulations. Educationally, Erich holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Louisville.
