Erik Angerstig

Erik Angerstig is an accomplished software engineer with significant experience in backend development and infrastructure management. Currently at Meta since July 2025, Erik previously contributed to Archer Integrated Risk Management from April 2023 to July 2025, leading backend initiatives for a large-scale SaaS platform and driving critical system optimizations. Notably, Erik spearheaded the development of backend tools that facilitated over $1 million in license renewals for key accounts. Earlier roles include serving as a project management and business analysis intern at Ambit Energy, where Erik managed numerous business projects and designed web mockups, and a software engineer intern position at XStreamReports®. Erik's academic background includes a degree in IT Systems from The University of Texas at Dallas and studies at Austin Community College.
