Ervin Melara

Ervin Melara is an experienced professional with a diverse background in staffing, trust and safety, and program management. With a degree in Sociology-Psychology from Eastern Nazarene College, Ervin has held various roles, including Global Staffing Specialist at Oxfam America, where responsibilities included supporting hiring processes and managing candidate screening. Subsequent positions included roles at Meta as a Legal Escalations Specialist and currently as a Global Regulatory Escalations Specialist, as well as Vendor Escalations Lead at Discord. Freelancing as a consultant for Change.org involved evaluating and improving operational processes related to trust and safety.
