Faaiza Khan is an accomplished researcher and educator with a robust background in experimental and quasi-experimental research methodologies. Faaiza's experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Cornell University and a Research Fellow at the National Science Foundation, where a quasi-experimental study on trauma recovery in veterans was conducted. At the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Faaiza held multiple roles, including Graduate Researcher and Graduate Clinician, gaining expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy and mixed methods research. Faaiza's tenure at Meta involved leading UX research across various teams, demonstrating a strong ability in user experience and data analysis.
