Felix Bauch

Felix Bauch serves as the Chief of Staff for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at Meta since April 2019, previously holding the position of Business Lead for Central Europe. Prior experience includes management consulting roles at Bain & Company and consulting engagements with companies such as Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland and ZDF. Felix Bauch gained a Master of Science in International Business from HEC Paris and holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, complemented by studies at Stanford University, the University of Southern California, and South China University of Technology.
