Feng Wang

Feng Wang is a Performance Architect with extensive experience in performance analysis and model development across leading technology companies. At Intel Corporation from August 2018 to April 2022, Feng Wang specialized in GPU performance analysis and architecture evaluation for machine learning and high performance computing workloads. Prior to that, from March 2008 to June 2018, Feng Wang worked at Qualcomm, focusing on CPU pre-silicon performance and architecture analysis, as well as post-silicon performance model correlation. An internship at Mentor Graphics in 2007 involved proposing and implementing a variation-aware resource binding and scheduling algorithm. Currently, Feng Wang is employed at Meta, engaged in performance analysis for AI Accelerator systems since April 2022. Feng Wang holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Engineering from Penn State University, attained in 2008.
