Fernando Cutz

Global Head of Scaled Regulatory Operations

Fernando Cutz possesses extensive experience in international relations, public service, and national security. Cutz served as a Presidential Management Fellow at USAID and the National Security Council, where responsibilities included engagement in global initiatives and direct support for high-level international affairs, such as President Obama's trip to Cuba. Prior roles include Principal Officer at USAID/Guyana and Senior Associate at The Cohen Group. Cutz’s expertise was further demonstrated through impactful evaluations conducted during a fellowship with the Village Life Outreach Project and an analysis of federal budget cuts for US Senator Mark Pryor. Currently, Cutz holds the position of Global Head of Scaled Regulatory Operations at Meta, overseeing a global team managing content regulation across various platforms. Cutz holds a Master of Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Washington University in St. Louis.
