Fiona Lai is an experienced professional with a diverse background in partner alliances and product implementation. Currently serving as a Program Manager in Product Implementation at Meta since September 2025, Fiona previously held the role of Partner Alliances Manager at Upland Software from April 2022 to February 2024. In addition, Fiona operated as a Salesforce Alliances Manager in her own company from February 2024 to February 2025.
