Florian Holstein

Florian Holstein is a seasoned product design leader with extensive experience in driving design innovation across various sectors. Currently at Meta since September 2019, Florian has served as Product Design Leader within Reality Labs and for Meta for Work, focusing on collaborative tools. Prior to this, the role of Director Strategic Design at IXDS involved leading a design organization that helped clients make strategic decisions at the intersection of business, experience, and technology. As Head of Design at N26 Group, Florian played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a prominent FinTech player. Previous experiences also include leading creative teams at arsmedium and holding key roles at adidas, where responsibilities included overseeing UX for miCoach and miadidas. With a foundation in visual design and a degree from the University of the Arts Bremen, Florian has consistently demonstrated leadership in product design and digital marketing.
