Frances Yan is a seasoned UX researcher and product designer with extensive experience in user-centered design and research methodologies. Frances began a career at MADE Innovation as a Product Designer and later held roles at PARC as a Design Researcher & Strategist, where a focus was placed on technology applications for Fortune 500 clients through various research methods. Frances transitioned to Teladoc Health as a UX Researcher, leading studies aimed at enhancing chronic condition management. Most recently, Frances worked at Meta as a Senior UX Researcher and Staff UX Researcher at Reality Labs, contributing significantly to product roadmaps through collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams. Educational qualifications include a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley and dual Master's degrees in Innovation Design Engineering from Imperial College London and the Royal College of Art.
