Francesca Merella

Francesca Merella is an experienced analysis professional with a strong background in business intelligence and data analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst for Meta's Horizon Games, Francesca previously held the role of Senior Business Analyst and Insight at Amazon, where leadership in Insight Analytics for the Capacity Planning Team EU was established. Key achievements include the implementation of a Machine Learning model for inputs forecasting across multiple EU countries and a targeted reduction of forecasting error. Prior experience at KPMG Italy involved conducting market research and service design for customer experience initiatives in the retail sector. Francesca holds a master’s degree in Management from Università Bocconi and has additionally participated in an MBA Exchange Program at the University of Maryland.
