Frederick Rawski

Frederick Rawski is an experienced consultant and policy leader with a strong focus on human rights and rule of law, particularly in the context of technology and governance in the Asia Pacific region. Professional experience includes serving as the Head of Human Rights Policy at Meta, where strategic development of human rights programs aligns with international standards. Prior roles encompass significant leadership positions such as Country Director for Myanmar at The Carter Center, Director of the Asia and Pacific Programme at the International Commission of Jurists, and a Human Rights Officer with the UN’s Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. Educational credentials include a JD from New York University School of Law, an MA in Cultural Anthropology from the University at Buffalo, and an MFA in Music Composition from Vermont College of Fine Arts.
