Gary Ge

Gary Ge is a software engineer with experience at Meta since August 2018, following a prior internship with the company in May 2017 where a snapshot testing tool for datacenter design React applications was developed. Gary also served as a teaching assistant and reader for machine learning and artificial intelligence courses at the University of California, Berkeley, contributing to student assessments and discussions. Previous research experience includes an internship at Stony Brook University, where a novel algorithm for action classification in still images was proposed, resulting in co-authored publications for prestigious conferences. Additionally, a network design software engineering internship at Infinera involved the creation of a multi-channel optical link simulator. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
