Genesse Rosal is an accomplished design program manager with extensive experience in leading strategic design initiatives at leading technology companies. Currently serving as a Senior Design Program Manager at Meta, Genesse oversees design operations within the Horizon | Metaverse and FinTech divisions, managing a team dedicated to product design and execution. Previous roles include managerial positions at Airbnb, Google, eBay, Apple, and Starbucks, where Genesse drove operational efficiency, project management, and cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams and disciplines. Genesse began a career in design management with Gensler, accumulating significant expertise in architectural project management and retail design.
