Geraldine Lim

Geraldine Lim possesses extensive experience in account management and policy strategy within the consulting and technology sectors. At Hive Consulting Pte. Ltd. from May 2013 to November 2016, Geraldine served as an Account Manager, leading client accounts in diverse industries including marketing technology, hospitality, travel, and pharmaceuticals across the Asia Pacific region, while also spearheading agency growth initiatives and introducing best practices during a product launch in Myanmar. Recently, in June 2023, Geraldine held dual roles as Policy Strategy & Planning Manager and Policy Programs Manager for APAC at Meta. Responsibilities included engaging with policymakers and organizations to enhance digital literacy and online safety, developing the We Think Digital initiative across 18 markets, and fostering partnerships with government and educational bodies. Geraldine holds a Bachelor of Business Management with a double major in Corporate Communication and Marketing from Singapore Management University, along with a degree in Business Management from Kozminski University.
