Glenn Conner is an accomplished software engineering manager with extensive experience in web infrastructure and performance optimization. Currently serving at Meta since May 2019, Glenn leads teams focused on enhancing the reliability and performance of web applications, including major platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Previously, as a staff software engineer at Instagram from May 2016 to May 2019, Glenn was the tech lead for the web infrastructure team, developing essential tools for efficient service delivery.
