Godfrey Powell

Godfrey Powell, Jr. serves as the Head of Accelerator & Venture Capital Partnerships at Meta and has a comprehensive background in venture capital partnerships and product management, previously holding several key positions at Facebook, including Director of Emerging Products and Partnerships, as well as Director of Head of Product Transitions. In addition to contributions at Sideqik as a Board Advisor, Godfrey has extensive experience in content partnerships and business development from tenures at Samsung Electronics where roles included Director/GM of Content Partnerships & Product Management and Strategy/Consulting Team Lead for the Global Strategy Group. Early career experience includes an internship in Digital Media Business Development at Starz Entertainment. Godfrey holds an MBA with specializations in Entertainment from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
