Gordon Kam has a robust background in user experience research, beginning as a Playtest Moderator at Microsoft from May 2002 to May 2005, where research on XBox, PlayStation, Nintendo, and PC games was led. Gordon then transitioned to T-Mobile as a Principal User Experience Researcher from May 2005 to August 2011, focusing on user research, product requirements, and design concepts while collaborating with various internal and external teams. From August 2011 to July 2018, Gordon served as Lead User Experience Researcher (VP) at JPMorgan Chase & Co., overseeing research programs related to mobile payments and banking.
