Gordon Yang is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in software development and management. From April 2012 to November 2015, Gordon served as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Realtek Semiconductor Corp. Subsequently, Gordon held various roles at Microsoft from February 2023 to August 2025, including Principal Software Engineer Manager leading the Exchange High Availability engineering team for Office 365, and earlier positions as Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. Gordon is currently the Engineering Manager for the capacity orchestration (AutoScaling) team at Meta, starting in August 2025.
