Grace Ma is a highly experienced data scientist currently serving as a Staff Data Scientist in the Marketing Decision Science team at Meta since October 2025. Previously, Grace was a Data Scientist and Tech Lead at Asana from April 2024 to October 2025, where three new models were productionized to support the company’s growth strategy. As the Head of Growth at Ottr Finance from September 2022 to March 2024, Grace was part of the founding team that led to the company's acquisition by Worldcoin.
