Grace Chediak

Grace Chediak has extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions. As Legal Counsel and then Senior Counsel at Vungle, Grace played a pivotal role as the second member of the legal department, handling diverse responsibilities, including negotiating contracts and overseeing M&A transactions, successfully closing five acquisitions in twelve months. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate in M&A at Latham & Watkins, advising on over 50 transactions with total deal values ranging from $5M to $6B. Currently, Grace holds the position of Associate General Counsel for Corporate M&A at Meta, after a tenure as Corporate Counsel for M&A and Investments at Google, where pioneering efforts in legal AI were initiated to enhance M&A processes. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Stanford University Law School, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California, and a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online, with distinction as valedictorian from Rio Americano High School.
