Grant Stanton

Grant Stanton is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition and leadership. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Meta since May 2020, Grant specializes in sourcing talent for research, specialized technology, AR/VR, and game studios, while also mentoring new recruiters and providing strategic guidance in critical domains. Previous experience includes over three decades as President and CEO of TSC Management Services Group, Inc., where Grant led executive and staff-level talent acquisition for clients in the consumer entertainment, emerging technology, robotics, autonomous vehicles, and video games industries. Grant holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Illinois State University, earned between 1989 and 1992.
