Gursharan Singh

Gursharan Singh is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Meta since September 2020, Gursharan previously held key positions at Uber from June 2016 to October 2020, where responsibilities included building a knowledge and decision platform. Earlier career highlights include tenure at Insieme as an Engineering Leader prior to its acquisition by Cisco, and as a founding member and engineering leader at Lexity, which was acquired by Yahoo. Gursharan's background includes engineering and research roles at Cisco Systems and a brief engagement with Microsoft Research. Gursharan holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.E. in Computer Science from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
