Haixing Dai

Haixing DAI is a Machine Learning Engineer currently working at Meta since May 2025, focusing on the RankLLM and GraphLLM systems for recommendations. Prior to Meta, Haixing DAI was employed at Google from January 2022 to May 2025 as a Software Engineer, responsible for designing and developing LLM agent workflows and on-device AI for Pixel devices, as well as serving as a PhD Software Engineering Intern where a deep learning model was built for interpretation understanding, achieving a 15% improvement in MSE at Google Search. Haixing DAI also worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at TikTok from May 2021 to August 2022 in the Trust & Safety Team, contributing to the review architecture. Haixing DAI holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from the University of Georgia (January 2018 - January 2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (January 2012 - January 2016).
