Hanh Mei has a diverse background in marketing and recruitment, with experience spanning over a decade. Hanh started as a Marketing Intern at Aerielle, LLC, where responsibilities included developing promotional materials and managing social media. Hanh then held various positions in recruitment, including Recruiting Manager at Oxygen Cloud & odrive, and Corporate Recruiter at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, focusing on full-cycle recruitment, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and enhancing the candidate experience. Currently, Hanh serves as a Technical Sourcing Lead in Diversity Recruiting at Meta, implementing strategies to improve talent acquisition and internal referral processes. Hanh holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from California State University - East Bay.
