Hao Tian

Hao Tian currently serves as a Research Scientist at Meta, focusing on identity modeling and leveraging expertise in machine learning and PyTorch since June 2023. Prior to this role, Hao held positions at Southern Methodist University from August 2019 to May 2023 as a Graduate Research Assistant, where skills in developing machine learning models on high-performance computing clusters and full stack development for protein prediction websites were honed. Additionally, Hao gained experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and completed a Software Engineer Internship at Meta in summer 2022. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Ph.D. in Theoretical and Computational Chemistry from Southern Methodist University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
