Hao Zhong

Hao Zhong is an experienced professional with a background in research and software development. At Siemens Corporate Technology, Hao served as a Research Intern focusing on surgical robotics. Subsequently, at The Climate Corporation, Hao worked as a Quantitative Researcher Intern, where new processing techniques for crop yield maps were developed, followed by a role as a Quantitative Researcher responsible for machine learning methods to optimize farming decisions. Currently, at Meta, Hao functions as a Software Engineer and Research Scientist, modeling network demand and creating forecasting software. Additionally, during the tenure at Purdue University, Hao held positions as a Teaching Assistant for various engineering courses and as a Senior Graduate Researcher involved in machine learning projects, including the development of a vision-based recognition algorithm and a neural network recommender system.
