Heather Armstrong, CSM, has extensive experience in quality assurance and production across major media companies. Beginning a career at National Geographic Television as a Production Intern, Heather progressed through various roles, including Senior QA Analyst at BAMTECH Media, where leadership in agile scrum ceremonies was established. Heather's tenure at Disney Streaming included positions as Manager, QA, and later Senior Manager, QA, overseeing product launches and unifying QA teams for Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+, ultimately driving efficiencies in testing processes. Currently serving as Director of Quality Engineering at SiriusXM, Heather is building out teams for data analytics and automation. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington.
